Oakapple is a successful and dynamic property business founded in Leeds in the early 1990’s by Group Chairman, Philip Taylor.
In the twenty plus years which have followed, Oakapple has grown into a well-known, customer focused business, developing over 100 schemes across most sectors of the property market.

Working Relationships
Oakapple values its working relationships with clients and their professional teams - so essential to successful delivery of a project. We have a “can do” approach and every project is run by a senior individual operating at Director level, and is the point of contact for you, our client.
Specialists
Challenging Projects are all in a day’s work. Our track record includes development of contentious and sensitive sites, including refurbishing important listed buildings, and working alongside Community Groups. Many of our projects have been mixed-use schemes, taking advantage of Oakapple's experience across different sectors.
Where we work
Whilst proud of our Yorkshire roots, Oakapple has never been confined by geography and 2016 saw completion of our second development in London - a £20m mixed use scheme in Clapham. Other areas we have worked in include the North East of England and the Welsh Borders.
