This is a Social Housing scheme of 30 homes, mainly two bedroom apartments, developed in partnership with Yorkshire Housing.
Oakapple bought the site, close to the centre of Ossett, as part of a much larger project to provide a new Health Village, bringing together local GP practices and, at that time, the local NHS Primary Care Trust. The site's location, with easy access to all facilities, was seen as ideal for social housing.
