This was a development intended to provide for two Doctors’ Practices in Middlewich, together with a pharmacy and clinical services for the former PCT.
The land assembly to create the development also included the relocation and provision of a new all-weather sports facility for the adjoining school. The first phase, providing some 7,000 sq ft of space is now complete.
