This was one of the earliest healthcare projects developed by Oakapple, in Armthorpe, a mining village and dormitory town to Doncaster. We acquired the site and built a purpose designed scheme let to the GP Practice and a local independent pharmacist. In total 7,500 sq ft of space was developed over two floors.
