An existing group owned site purchased speculatively and offering potential for a number of uses. The site was ultimately developed for a small retail scheme comprising a 4,000 sqft convenience store with 15 parking spaces. The building is occupied by the CO/OP who relocated to the property from an outdated store in the locality.
The investment was sold on a forward fund basis.
