This project involved refurbishing a multi-storey mill to provide 6,000 sqft of retail space at ground floor, with the four upper floors converted to residential.
The ground floor was let to a single local occupier, whilst the upper floors were let to Headrow Housing Group, a Social Housing Landlord. The scheme was undertaken with the support of English Partnerships and received a Civic Trust Award.
