Oakapple were approached by market leader in lifts and escalators Kone PLC. Kone were seeking a partner to take forward the development of a new regional office on land adjoining their West Yorkshire manufacturing facility. Strong relationships were forged in delivery of the project which lead to Oakapple undertaking a similar project in London on Kone’s behalf.
