A key site on the edge of Ilkley town centre forming part of a larger regeneration project involving commercial and residential uses. Oakapple's element of the scheme comprised a 77 bedroom care home and 27,290 sqft (NIA) of office accommodation. The care home site was forward sold to Springfield Health Care who developed this building for their own use.
This was the first office development to be undertaken in Ilkley for some time and strong demand was expected, particularly given the sites proximity to the town centre and train station. This view was vindicated with pre-lets achieved on two thirds of the space prior to start on site. A letting of the remaining space shortly followed with the building fully pre-let a month into construction.
